Charlotte Cultural Collective is a dance troupe in Charlotte, North Carolina first founded as a solo project in 2018 by director and founder, Lorraine Crittendon as 'LCritt & Co.".

Charlotte Cultural Collective was officially founded as an Urban Blends dance troupe in 2019. Urban Blends is an original dance style that fuses Black Diasporic dances, traditions, and expressions to emphasize their intersectionality and shared heritages.​

C3 (Charlotte Cultural Collective) is a public collective of dance professionals, called 'creatives' who represent various pockets of Black culture.

​

By bringing these 'creatives' together, C3 builds a network of dancers who give voice and representation to the Black communities through movement.

​

Charlotte Cultural Collective has a series of 'blends': Latin Blends, Brazilian Blends, Afro Blends, Creative Blends, and Urban Blends which mixes all of these together.
