Charlotte Cultural Collective is a dance troupe in Charlotte, North Carolina first founded as a solo project in 2018 by director and founder, Lorraine Crittendon.

Charlotte Cultural Collective officially was founded in 2019 but has had many name changes. LCritt has solidified the company style as 'Urban Blends' which is a combination of Black Dance styles with Brazilian influences.

LCritt wanted a dance community rather than a dance company to move away from the rigidity that is common in private institutions.

​

C3 (Charlotte Cultural Collective) is a public collective of dance professionals who are all individuals in their own dance spaces. 

​

By bringing these dance professionals together, C3 builds a network of dancers who have access to peers for any creative choreographic adventure.

​

Charlotte Cultural Collective is also a performance based troupe that showcases their founder's original dance style, URBAN BLENDS in a series of original choreography.
